Outright Gift Opportunities and Building Relationships at Miller-Keystone Blood CenterWhen you consider a gift of cash or check to Miller-Keystone Blood Center it will lower your taxable income. Outright gifts are the simplest to make and cash gifts are deductible to the fullest extent of current law. How do I do this? The Development Department staff at Miller-Keystone Blood Center will assist you in every way possible, and can meet with you to find out where your interest is. If you would like, we can direct your gift to go to a particular area, such as our Development Fund, our state-of-the-art Laboratory, bloodmobile funding, planned giving, our scholarship program, or our areas of greatest need fund. We would be honored to build a relationship with you. Are there other gift opportunities?Matching Gifts. There are many corporations and businesses that offer programs to match gifts of cash in whole or in part. Simply check with your Human Resource Department and you may find out that gifts from spouses and retired employees are matched. We would appreciate it if you explore this option as it can double your gift to the Blood Center. This is another wonderful way to help our organization and to partner with us in the community.
